TRAINING OUTREACH THROUGH *GMIS PUBLICATIONS AND JOT INITIATIVES
One such project focuses on the need for career development and skills training
in areas that will benefit the community as well as offer skilled, future and poterntial employees
as an asset to the company. Through this effort, the benefits will positively affect the lives of people who,
prior to these programs, have experienced recurring unemployment that permeates the South Texas area and beyond.
Through this initiative, a project that will be linked to
Excel Market Trends,' GMIS Publications, will extend to the LILE community numerous technical and administrative positions. While the focus is trained
on the South West and South East regions of Texas, it is the effort on the part of Excel Market Trend outreach to impact upon
communities, where they exist, and reach communities that demonstrate the highest economic need,
based on factors that include low level education and low level income per capita.
Excel Market Trends plans to offer employment and training through the
launching of inititives for producing *GMIS Publications,
a triple-artery system of literary information, news and children's fun and entertainment. *GMIS Publications will employ creative and technical efforts that will result
in the production of *GLORYMAGAZINE,
I-GUIDE and BITS -N-P.C.'s FOR KIDS. *GMIS Publications, Excel Market
Trends' mission is to tap into innate talent & shape talented hopefuls for becoming professionals in
the areas offered for training, insuring, also, an opportunity to obtain long standing employment.
Training in production, marketing, sales, management are the select
areas of interest for employment that will be offered through GMIS Publications. This community
effective effort will bring a group of skilled trained professionals out of unemployment and into the work force, as
Excel Market Trends responds to a new national era of corporate indebtedness that demonstrates a measure of
community responsibility, while encouraging an increase in self-sufficiency.
It is a great effort that can be shared by concerned companies and organization
that also visualize community growth that is generated through the increase economic stability. For Excel
Market Trends that means that companies participate in creating opportunities and improving existing opportunites for
LILE communities by helping them to become increasingly equipped for survival and for maintaning economic fitness.
There is an even greater belief that, as a viable business entity, Excel Market Trends will exist to render
aid to the communities it serves as a reliable source of training and employment. Excel Market Trends creates solutions
to many of the problems facing the LILE community through these outreach initiatives.
While Excel Market Trends acts upon a vision for foundational restructuring that
involves a sort of hands on per capita improvement to stimulate community revitalization, efforts made through GMIS Publications
will offer an opportunity to restore economic growth in the minority community, availing itself, also, to all Americans working
together to strengthen our national morality.
GMIS Publications is a literary concept designed to educate, entertain and
inform it's reader in religeons and in all areas of religeous faith. GMIS, which is an acronym foir GLORY MAGAZINE INFORMATION
SYSTEMS, is an expose of interesting news and information taken from people who work in spiritual leadership, entertainment
and adminIstration. This tri-artery information system will cover approximately 500 pages of articles; prose
and pathos concerning the mysteries of the universe and within the pages of GMIS Publications, comments will
be made on such social interests as relationships, family and faith and offer fun reading and educational articles
for kids.
This is a grand opportunity that becomes increasingly beneficial
with building funds and necessary equipment made available, GMIS Publication will embark upon a new era in community inititiatives
that offer support to the individuals now filling the many numerous unemployment roles throughout South Texas and across the
nation. Over the next year, GMIS Publications, alone, can extend more than 75 plus jobs to the LILE community in
select areas. nearly 100 people in the LILE community, considered a disparate group, can be employed with
average earnings from $9.23 an hour.
Having an opportunity, thousand of people within the low income
low eduacted groups can realize their dreams through this ventures that can only be made through
COMMUNITY and COMPANY IN TANDEM
