On January 21, 2009, I recieved an email from the office of President Barack Obama.
I am amazed that, In the process of his transition to assume the role of commander in Chief, that his team of administrative
representatives set aside a moment to make contact as a measure in reciprocity. Thank you very kindly for providing
this copy of the President's Inaugural speech, for which I am exceedingly honored. I have shared with
Senator Debbie Stabenow, Detroit, Mi.(D) these comments made by our illustious President Brack Obama. In this
abstraction, as President Barack Obama speaks his conscience, he seems to share the sentiments, which,
today, may be a common compunction layed upon the heart of many concerned Americans.
"...Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility
on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age." Barack Obama;
Innaugural Speech, January 20, 2009
" The words of our nation's distinguished President, Barack Obama, in this
hour, weigh heavily on the mind and, will undoubtedly, be considered by those who must make decisions
with regard to industry and economic future, legislation and policy.
Challenges to our nation's current economic stability have been aggrevated by
the presence of foreign countries' productivity...and have created a chasm in the industrial playing field...currently posing
a monumental contingency for new and existing small American manufacturers to overcome in order to maintain economic
efficeincy. Our only hope is for a continued Congressional and industrial juncture that will resuscitate and increase
the existence of American based manufacturing operations and breath life into our nation's future prosperity.
In regard to President Obama's comments, I, also, believe in the arrival
of a new age; one in which America secures economic independence for all citizens, keeping upper most in mind those who
have been listed among historically unemplyed groups(HUG), and further supports the freedom to engage in the pursuit
of a more fruitful and generous livelihood while turning our backs to long endured societal limitations.
"Employment, had the founders of our nation's capitalist vision
provided for a higher presence of productivity in our American economy, would exist in the American
economy, today, in proportion to the exigencies of the American people." -Ms.
Michelle Crawford -Sapenter, President,CEO Excel Market Trends
"High productivity as a promontory measure in the area of manufacturing might,
also, have placed businesses in the position to provide employment to American citizens long before the high rolls
of unemployment and record poverty and below poverty levels were created. Today, employment that is absent from
our socio-economic posture might well have provided an outlet for an even greater American industrial boon and might
have opened the doors to operations that would work in concert with the American people to pour revenues into the
Americn economy in more ways than taxation.
Today, as America is confronted by economic crisis and international productivity
fjorded by every existing multi-national company, I say; The time for change is long over due. Now is the time
for America to take care of Americans as America continues to encourage support for the well being and the good
of all others, as the need for support becomes increasingly possible through social and government response to crises which
may erupt in other lands.
Reports for the year 2008 tallied US incomes at $111,609,629.
At least 43.6 % of total US incomes is utilized in the US economy and
represents expenditures of $48,398,000...It is an indication that the public servants and the
American government cannot and must not ignore the reticent cry of it's people.
THE RETICENT CRY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
Today, the silent cry is heard through the voice of industry and
the closed doors of a non-operating factory. The voice can be heard through the prayers of parents who
remain hopeful in an American government that will do all it can to save a family whose home is on the brink of foreclosure.
The voice is heard in the calls and emails and letters written by people who remain faithful that the American
government will save their jobs and stabalize their wages and deliver on the promise to pave the road to creating a more self-sufficient
nation of people, removing families from reliance upon public assistance and other social programs.
In the words of FoRd Motor Company CEO, Alan Mullaly, "...it
is in our self interest, as well as the nation's to seek support for industry..." for increasing the presence
of manuifacturing installations in the American economy.
"The enviroment of US based manufacturing is weak and continues, at
the current pace, to create an environment which propels the weakening of the national economy."
