RAPPERS SHOWCASE
As though history refused to disconnect from one of the nation's most powerful
periods in America, it was the essence of rap that had been shot through time from a guided ordnance to be cherished by
a society whose faith in informal abstractions gave it generous berth and appointmented rap atop a well earned
pennicle as a laudable vehicle for entertainment and persuasion and prepared it for the day that rap
should arrive and take a seat. | |
RAP'S SEGUE TO MODERN DAY ENTERTAINMENT
|
 |

In it's best form, rap has emerged as a mode of entertainment performed by young, rapped and
re-wrapped by the old who whet the appetite of a new age for reverie that would be set to a hip-hopping beat and musical
melody. Among those who embraced rap in it's primal form were secular artisit who visualized rap as a uniquie form of
refrain for the expository of their talents in the genre of R&B.

Though the greatest and best known among them have held the names Snoop Dogg, 2Pac Shakur, Vanilla Ice
and others who coined the rap title. In an all new category called, Gangster Rap, there were Ice Cube,
Ice T and 50Cent. Rap has been driven through the music industry without losing it's footing. Along it's
lofty flight, rap would not be burdened down by the labels of history nor would it be confined to the dawgs
of American music society. Rap would be free--free to be rapped down, to word-up all who, by chance might
find themselves within aural range.
Like the wind that blows wherever it listeth, Rap would be as a camillion, taking on new tone, adding
color to a new era of music entertainment among Christian and Gospel performers.
