Silicon:  The Medical definition indicates that silicon is  “…a non-metallic tetravelant used especially in alloys and, as an element,  silicon is combined with oxygen as it occurs(develops) most abundantly near the crust of the earth.

SILICON AS A BEUTY AID:

Silicon injections are used among celebrities to enhance the appearance. Silicon is  Placed under the skin to preserve the look of youth, yet, over time the normal aging process takes control as the skin's natural wrinkling begins to erode the appearance as the silicon remains unchanged.

Doctors describe the appearance of the aged recipient of these injections as monsterous.  In some instances the silicon treated skin releases the plastic resin based substance and, once it hardens, it can be absorbed in soft tissue, settleing in other areas of the body.

SILICONE IN MEDICAL TREATMENT:

Silicone is a man-made resin (SI02; ORGANOSILOXANE) and is a structure that is largely associable to the occurance of exchange between oxygen and silicone atoms.(

Silicone is used in medications and in treatment of diseases; some types of cancer and other blood associated ailments.  Silicone used in medication can induce reduction of abnormalalities in the immune system.,but there are health threats associated with the prolonged use of silicone.

SILICONE IN TREATMENT AND THE HUMAN BODY:

High levels of silicon, up to 1500mg/kg,  are found in the human body in the bone, nails, in the aorta wall and blood plasma.

As a routine, silicon is most effective in human blood cell and is therefore, utilized in medications that will be absorbed in targeted areas within cell systems.  In treatment of breast cancer, silicone is used as a base ingredient in the drug Tamoxifen assisting hormones with blocking cancer cells. effective
While silicone is used in medications to treat diseases, it is also a known cause of silicosis, a lung disease associated with occupational conditions in the environment.  Pulmonary disorder are also known to occur as a result of exposure to Silicone quartz and Barium dust or gases.

There is information which eminates from the research of silicone that describes the man-made polymer as a danger in the treatment of some medciations.  Silicone has been a known cause of the dismantling of human blood platelest.  Used in medications which treat blood related diseases such as some forms of cancer, silicone , also, prevents the attatchment of abnormal cells.  What is unfortunate is that the effects of silicone treatment-- in specified, but not all, cancer medications-- does causes the destruction of blood plateletts,  simultaneously.  While it is impossible for the human system to recreate blood plateletts, over a period of prolonged use. silicone will have an equilibrium impact , ultimately prohibiting the reproduction of blood cells.

Medical scientists continues to seek alternatives to aid in avoiding placing patients at risk that result from treatment assciated with silicone
